I found that a lot of bulk food ordered online is available in Zip-Top bags: powder milk, cereales, spices, beans, rice etc etc which make it space saver, on my pantry shelves or in the frig, if you have a small place and use less packaging compare to a inner plastic bag and a box ... it is also easier to carry from the grocery then lots of big boxes or from my shipping ...
But after i used it as is or poured it in my nice glass containers ... what can i do with it ...
To try to make it a second life before to send it to recycling ... these thicker then a regular zplock, make a perfect ice cream bag for the freezer or for any left over dish or food and also again space saver for your frig or freezer ... or for any items to store for the home ... soaps ... small clothes ... saving tons of space and and extra safety from critters mouses or mites on fabric ... mostly for the out of season items ... and also reusing save from buying extra storing bags .... *** you can add a mactac to it to cover for the printed to label ...
Then after what to do with it ... of course those are recyclable and made into a then 3rd life as composite lumbers for doors, fences, window frames, decks, floor tiles, playground, benches etc etc and nice soft flooring like at the water park for the kids (pellets) see this very interesting Video from Ms Jennifer Barry at this link https://youtu.be/Q6hzhKmw4EY?feature=shared
