Few tips i found helpful ... i used salt mix in vinegar, and left it over night, and this helped best to break through the ice accumulated to the back and side ... now that it was all open and available, i got a de-icer salt product, and applied it to the unfrozen surface so it will Not happen again !!! this will prevent it to ice again ... so far it worked :) I now have a top frig shelf And a full freezer, to make my own ice cream or popsicles this summer !!! or for my fresh food box delivery, left over etc etc ... and I didn't had to spend on a bigger frig with the space that i gained ...
