In case you are the one lost or tell the lost person, best advise is FIRST be convinced there are exits or entrances, there are some if peoples go in there ... Look In ALL directions and the ceiling thinking EXIT ...
while you walk , stop at few points to make a S.O.S. signal with anything for few minutes

Then walk more and do the same at intervals so emergency or rescues can assess where you are from radar type or monitor ...
Tell your friends and teach your kids ... this could save a life ...
Every cities have underground tunnels for utilities or different reasons ... Not all nice like PATH walkway at Union Station Toronto
They can connect buildings or maybe they are old and were used as secret escape from buildings or in case of hurricanes etc ... Some are independent to a ground building like a park washroom building and have their own underground below feets with stairs probably ... Some are old mines empty now ... Some are for city utilities like heating, electrical or plumbing or even sewers ... Some look like round arch like for the subway ... Some are for mail or delivery with train ...
There are many types and some very old and creepy ... But some are very designed ...
Some are empty and some might have employees if for the city ... Some are possibly habitated by groups of Streets or Undergrounds ... Sometimes homeless stay there ... Sometimes some hide from the authorities there ... Sometimes there are groups of militants, notorious to be familiar with underground in other countries like HAMMAS OR TALIBAN , that are there ...
So it is mostly dark there ... without exit signs or many lights ... or directions ... or vending machines ... and full of possibly dramatic encounters ...
I searched in the intent to help if someone is lost in there ... 🤔
So I found that there are ways to access it or then get out ... It is probably like you walk a minute, and then you end up in a parking lot ... there are many access but they look secret and door are close ... So from in there ... Not to be discouraged because many people use them ... There are doors or exits but not obvious ... Look above your head toward the ceiling and try to see if there is a opening like a skylight but dark ... There are doors flat to the ground and when open there is a straight ladder in it to go down , but no light ... So if you can find it to catch the ladder and climb , probably a person can open the ground door or even yourself ...
If you witness a person lost or trap in there ... Better not to go in and get embushed to ...
🌟1- Try to get the person to make the S.O.S. signal from there and 🌟 2-call or message online box message the RCMP or FBI or National Defense, the Army ( info@forces.ca) ...
After the authorities and rescue emergency are on their way 🌟 3- Try to open doors close to the person lost so light can guide them there ... 🌟 4-Even let a hanging cord light down ...
🌟 4- Try to let a rope with a blanket and socks and water bottles and energy snacks down ... There is no potable water there and the person might be exhausted and scared , possibly could have been captured and left there ... or try to escape from a predator... So cold and maybe without shoes and weak ... Maybe too weak first to walk to the exit or climb ... Let them drink and eat the energy and wait for them to be able to climb up ... If the person is injured, try to get them to drink and eat and dress with the warm clothes and stay where they are makings the S.O.S. and uncursing for themselves to get their mind stronger from the hacker maybe creating lethargy or confusion ... the person might have been intoxicated and not trust you so do not take it personal 🙏 💗 ... Stay close to where they are from aboveground if safe for you ... Watch behind you because there might be gang person that check so they don't loose their targets and you don't want to be one too ... But if possible, it is easier for the authorities called if someone shows them where they are from aboveground then just some descriptions ... BUT BE CAREFUL TOO ... Ones who had a grip on them are vicious and it also could be an embush ...
Overheard ... someone has even dogs in there , doing the Cujo, to go after the captives who escape after kidnapping them ... not sure but some new gang might have try to fight for the spots gang ways with whom was there to ... 😕 rumors are possibly kidnapped citizens, rescuing citizens trying to help, guide tour, utilities city employees, peoples homeless or walking there for some Gothic adventure, might have been embushed or captured ... Possibly a cult could have to do with this , with human sacrifices and trafficking, pornography or footages of Dark or Black trends types, and possibly armed, could be behind it ...
