At first be prepared that food might not have the same texture or constituency or flavor then what you are used to ... 🀨 ... Don't get frustrated πŸ€” ... You can find plenty of choices and variety in the plant-base meals, vegan or vegetarian meals already prepared ... πŸ˜‰

If you cook everything yourself ... Then with spices and most of your regular favorite recipes , you can make a whole vegetarian menu no problem ... 😎

So step one is to cook the same as usual but skip the meat, and try to replace it with a vegan or vegetarian item ... like Tofu ... tofu is very easy to take in any flavor you mix it with, it can taste like a dessert or be in a meal ... you can fry it with fried mix, and it will look like chicken fingers , or bake it , or use it in soup or stew ... use it in a blender too in a recipe or for a smoothy or dessert  etc 😊 You can add nuts also that are very important for vitamins essentials ... Or use them for a snack ... Be careful of over productive immune-system condition because nuts increases it ... And some fruits or vegetables ... So use not to much of those ... πŸ’—

Important are your drinks ... I find that vegetarian and vegan diet is  more dry and so drink plenty not to become dehydrated ... Milk is great but you need ALSO a fortified drink for extra added vitamins and minerals that are not in milk or dairies to replace the meat or eggs ... So get Soy beverage Enriched, Oat beverages Enriched, Rice Milk beverage Enriched and also Enriched cereales ... This is where you will find most substitutes to meat products ... Also a research I read mentioned the low level of Iodine in vegetarian and vegan ... So make sure you use Iodized salt ... πŸ‘

Be careful not use to much soy as your only a substitute, because it can prevent absorbtion of thyroid hormones ... as per reserached I did ... And a vegan or vegetarian diet can also lower auto-immune condition, that is great if you have an over active immune-system ... But if you have too low of immune-system, then you will increase your immune-system with food that boost immune-system specifically ... πŸ˜‰

So try to mix the alternative to meat you will use ... One more information I got ... Is the loss of specific vitamins that are in eggs if you do not eat eggs eater ... Chocolat is a good alternative with vitamin A, E & B12, ... πŸ™πŸ˜ŠπŸ’—

Sesame seeds and chick peas are specifically high in specific vitamins and minerals like  complex vitamins B , B6, B9, B3, B1 and A ... πŸ€—  

Search the item you remove from your diet in all vitamins and minerals and not only the proteins loss ... And search what is high in what you loose to compensate ... πŸ“ˆ Also check what increase or decrease the immune system as some conditions have the opposites ... And adjust the quantities according to your specific condition ... Everything is good in small amount ... Then you have lots of what is specifically good for you 🌠 and eat less or just a little bit of what can make worst but is necessary ... Example if soy is necessary but you should not have too much ... Then have it once a day in one form tofu or soy milk ... And have the oat milk or rice milk that day ... To mix it up ... If you have it the whole day in many forms,  then the problem can happen ... πŸ€—πŸ’— If you have to be careful of salt , try avoid prepared food and choose unsalted food ... then use just the quantity yourself from the Iodized salt it in the amount allowed ... πŸ’—
